Jane Monzures

Once graduated from Bradley University, Jane Monzures worked as the Marketing Director for KEDJ - 106.3FM and also for KTVK - TV3 where she did a weekly entertainment feature. Monzures is now a major market television and radio personality. She has been a host of "Living Healthy Chicago" which airs on Sundays on WGN TV and has been a contributor to the WCIU "You and Me This Morning" show. Her other ventures include hosting a home decor show, "Homes Plus," a champagne docu-series from France, "Behind the Bubbly, was a correspondent for the entertainment magazine show in Chicago, "MetroMix." She also started her own charity foundation in 2010 in honor of her late mother, Barbara whom she lost in 2013 to Corticobasal Degeneration. The mission of Live, Love, Life is to create awareness and support for a variety of brain issues that affect Chicago families in need.

ABOUT US 

The District 230 Foundation is a partnership between community volunteers and school leaders to provide educational opportunities and services for students beyond what the typical budget can fund. The Foundation provides grants that bring teachers' creative ideas to life for students, as well as scholarships to graduating seniors from Sandburg, Stagg and Andrew High Schools. The District 230 Foundation is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization; contributions are tax-deductible in accordance with the law.
