A 1992 Stagg graduate, MacArthur "Mac" Antigua has spent decades advancing equity, empowering youth, and strengthening communities. As Director of Community & Network Impact at My Brother's Keeper Alliance (MBK), part of the Obama Foundation, he supports more than 250 cities and communities working to improve life outcomes for boys and young men of color. From early childhood readiness through workforce development, he empowers local leaders with tools to drive equity and opportunity. Before joining MBK, Mac was the Senior Director of Collective Impact at Imagine MKE, where he championed the role of artists and cultural leaders as drivers of neighborhood and economic renewal. He led efforts to elevate local voices, shift public policy, and create citywide support systems for creative workers, particularly those from historically marginalized communities. He also spent over a decade in senior leadership at Public Allies, a national nonprofit dedicated to advancing leadership and equity. He began his journey in youth violence prevention, organizing with teens across Chicago and leading community chapters through the Illinois Center for Violence Prevention. As the founder of Massive Creativity, he also works as an executive coach and experiential learning designer. Antigua earned a BS/MA in Communication Studies from Northwestern University.
